We only cultivate half of our land. The other half, probably about half an acre is planted with a variety of trees some now over thirty feet tall. The rest is managed (if thats the right word) as a wildflower meadow.

There are different species of willow, oak, ash, spanish chestnut, bishop pine, monterey pine, grey alder Himalayan alder and common alder. There's mountain ash, holly, lime, hybrid poplars and more. There are several grass species and numerous wild flowers growing amongst the meadow.
