Lounge and Kitchen

The lounge is 21' X 11' and has an ajoining sitting area which is 13' X 6'. There are radiators and an open fire. The floor is pine. It faces the SW catching most of the sun. The view from the front of the house is fields and hills. This was the original footprint of the old cottage which stood here. The walls are 2'6" stone.
The kitchen overlooks the rear garden and has windows on two sides, one of which is a large picture window overlooking the garden. There is also one smaller window between the lounge sitting area and kitchen.
The Kitchen/dining room is 16' X 15' houses our Stanley oil-fired cooker & central heating boiler. There's also an understairs cupboard. When we moved here the kitchen & the lounge was totally bare and had no floors or electric.
